Participate in Somerville Open Studios

Somerville Open Studios (SOS) is a 501c3 non-profit organization created and run by artists and art enthusiasts who volunteer time and energy to create a citywide open studios event. We welcome new ideas and participation from all people interested in promoting the visual arts in Somerville. It's a great way to get involved in the local arts community, meet other artists, and have fun!

Gain Additional Exposure

Continuing what has become both an enjoyable community-building event for artists and an increasingly popular means of previewing work for art enthusiasts, we have again accepted The Somerville Museum`s generous offer to host the Artists` Choice Exhibit run in connection with SOS each year. All registered participants of SOS are invited to submit a piece of their choosing for inclusion in the show. Whether you choose to enter artwork or not, come and renew old art connections or make new ones at the opening on Thursday April 16, 6 - 9 pm.
