Community Space
The SOS Community Space program allows artists who live in Somerville, but who are reluctant to or can't open their homes to the public, an opportunity to exhibit in public or private spaces with other artists during the weekend of the event. In previous years, Community Spaces have been located in local businesses, churches, lobbies, studio buildings and in other artists' homes.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come-first serve basis, and each year the spaces we use change. If you've used Community Space in the past, we cannot guarantee that you'll be assigned to the same place.
Shortly after the close of registration, we will inform you of your Community Space assignment, should you select this option. Artists are responsible for display/hanging of their work according to guidelines set by the site coordinator.
